8 ozvermicilli noodles

1 cbroccoli cut into small florets

1 Tbspsesame oil

1head cabbage cut into thin strips

2 lgcarrots cut into matchsticks

1cucumber cut into chunks

1/3 ccilantro chopped

2 tspblack and white sesame seeds

sea weed
- MISO DRESSING
-
2 Tbspeach white miso,honey, & olive oil

1 Tbsprice vinegar , lemon juice

1 clovegarlic minced

1 tspginger grated

salt and pepper
How To Make noodle veggie salad with miso dressing

1In a medium saucepan boil some water and add the rice noodles and broccoli and cook about 4 minutes. Drain and run under cold water. Toss with the sesame oil.

2Combine the noodles, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cucumber and cilantro.

3Mix all the ingredients together for the dressing and mix well. Pour over the salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sea weed.
