this is a great egg salad and a little different for me i had tried it at church and i liked it

Ingredients For my favorite egg salad

  • 4
    hard boiled eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 11/2 tsp
    yellow mustard, prepared
  • 2 tsp
    rice vinegar, cider vinegar or left over pickle juice
  • 11/2 Tbsp
    granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1
    celery stalk, minced
  • 2 tsp
    pickle relish, sweet
  • paprika, to your liking

How To Make my favorite egg salad

    Hard boiled eggs at least 15 minutes. Run under cold water and peel.Place eggs in a bowl and smash with a fork until chopped up. Add all ingredients except paprika including salt to taste.

    Mix well, chill for at least 5 minutes and spoon on pieces of bread, toast, lettuce leaves, combination salad or crackers. Sprinkle with paprika.
