My cousin from Mn. shared this recipe with me recently at a impromtu family gathering. She said the first time she made it her grown children remarked that it didn't look very good, but they immediately changed their minds after tasting it and now request it often. I think you will agree once you try it too :) ....I always love a new and delicious recipe to share .

Ingredients For mexican veggie salad

1 -15oz canblack beans
-
1-8oz canmexicali corn
-
1-8oz canshoepeg corn (white corn)

1 smonion,diced
-
1 cmayonnaise
-
1 sm. pkgfritos chili cheese chips
How To Make mexican veggie salad

1Drain the beans and both of the cans of corn.

2Blend the vegetables including the onion.

3Gently blend in the mayo.

4Just before serving , add the bag of chips and mix to coat....ENJOY :)
