Ingredients For mexican brussels sprout slaw

1 1/2 lbbrussel sprouts, finely shredded

1/3 cuncle gary's gourmet peppers

1/2 cmini colorful peppers, julienned

1/4 smred onion, chopped

2garlic colves, minced
-
2 Tbspcilantro, chopped

4 ozqueso fresco, crumbled
- MEXICAN DRESSING
-
2/3 cmayonnaise-more if needed

1 tspcumin
-
1/2 tspchipotle chili powder
-
1 1/2 tspsmoked sea salt-to taste

1 tspbrown sugar
-
zest and juice of 1 lime
How To Make mexican brussels sprout slaw

1Combine ingredients 1-6 in a mixing bowl. Mix dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl and add to veggies. Mix well and chill for at least 1 hour. When ready to serve, top with queso fresco. **adjust seasoning to taste**
