Ingredients For massaged kale salad

2 bunchfresh kale,stems removed

1/2 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated
-
1/3 colive oil, extra virgin
-
1/4 clemon juice, fresh
-
3 cloveminced garlic
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce, low sodium
-
1/2 tspanchovy paste or 1 filet diced fine

1/2 tspfresh ground black pepper
-
1/4 tspsalt,(optional)

1 1/2 Tbspsesame seeds toasted
How To Make massaged kale salad

1Tear the kale leaves into bite size pieces,rinse with cold water and drain well,pat dry if needed.

2Combine all of the other ingredients in a large enough bowl to hold everything. Whisk the dressing first,then add the kale and massage the dressing into the kale using your hands until it reduces to about half.

3Serve with warm pita bread slices and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese,enjoy!!! :)
