Ingredients For marinated vegetable salad

  • 1 can
    white shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 can
    french style green beans, drained
  • 1 can
    lesueur peas, drained
  • 1 c
    purple onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1 c
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 oz
    pimento, chopped
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How To Make marinated vegetable salad

    Combine all vegetables together.
  • 2
    Combine in a separate bowl the sugar, vinegar, oil and salt. Pour over vegetables, toss and let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
