Ingredients For marinated vegetable salad

  • 2 tall cans artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 green peppers, sliced thin
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into chunks
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 large onion, sliced into rings
  • 2 large bottles of wishbone italian dressing

How To Make marinated vegetable salad

    Pour over vegetables and let stay in refrigerator 3 to 6 hours. Drain and serve.
