1 smhead of cauliflower, broken into florets

2celery ribs, thinly sliced

1 can(15 1/4oz.) white shoepeg corn, drained

1 can(14 1/2oz.) french cut green beans, drained

1 can(14oz.) bean sprouts, drained

1 can(4 1/2oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained

1 can(8oz.) water chestnuts, drained and halved
How To Make marinated vegetable salad

1in sauce pan, combine sugar, vinegar, oil, and salt. bring to a boil. remove from heat; cool to room temperture.

2in a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients. add dressing; toss to coat. cover and chill for at least 2 hours. serve with a slotted spoon.
