Ingredients For marinated mushrooms salad from le st. germain,, l

  • 1 lb. large white mushrooms
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. chopped chives
  • vinaigrette dressing, recipe follows
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

How To Make marinated mushrooms salad from le st. germain,, l

    Slice mushrooms and toss with lemon juice. Add parsley, chives and vinaigrette dressing. Toss and chill, then toss again before serving. Garnish with a few tomato slices.

    Vinaigrette dressing: 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard 3 Tbsp. vinegar 1 cup oil Dash white wine Salt, pepper Blend together vinegar and mustard. Gradually add oil, pouring in thin stream and beating til mixture thickens slightly. Add wine and season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes about 1 1/2 cups Salad serves 4 My Old Recipes
