This tasty salad is a crowd pleaser! It's got lots of crunch, and healthy fat as well at protein! I make it at least once a month and everyone at my church loves it!

Ingredients For mama's broccoli & cauliflower salad

  • 2 lg
    broccoli crowns
  • 1 lg
    cauliflower head
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar or keto friendly sweetener
  • 1 lg
    bag bacon bits or 1lb fresh cooked bacon bits
  • 5-8 oz
    sunflower seeds, pecans, or other nut you prefer. this sis good with pistachios as well!

How To Make mama's broccoli & cauliflower salad

    In a large bowl, Break broccoli and cauliflower into bite size prices.

    Add bacon, cheese and nuts.

    In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise, ACV and sweetener until smooth. Then pour over ingredients and mix gently until all veggies are coated.
