This tasty salad is a crowd pleaser! It's got lots of crunch, and healthy fat as well at protein! I make it at least once a month and everyone at my church loves it!

Ingredients For mama's broccoli & cauliflower salad

2 lgbroccoli crowns

1 lgcauliflower head

1 cshredded cheddar cheese

2 cmayonnaise

4 Tbspapple cider vinegar

2 Tbspsugar or keto friendly sweetener

1 lgbag bacon bits or 1lb fresh cooked bacon bits

5-8 ozsunflower seeds, pecans, or other nut you prefer. this sis good with pistachios as well!
How To Make mama's broccoli & cauliflower salad

1In a large bowl, Break broccoli and cauliflower into bite size prices.

2Add bacon, cheese and nuts.

3In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise, ACV and sweetener until smooth. Then pour over ingredients and mix gently until all veggies are coated.
