Had everything to make coleslaw plus a lot of homegrown veggies. So I made up this recipe and my husband loved it. Hope you enjoy it also, it is very refreshing.

This coleslaw twist really does have everything but the kitchen sink. It's crunchy, sweet, and tart. The longer it sits, the better it gets. If you want extra saucy goodness, double the dressing recipe.

1 csquash, shredded (zucchini or yellow)

How To Make maggie's everything slaw

1Toss all together in large bowl.

2Whisk all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and pour into the salad.

3Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving to let flavors blend.
