Ingredients For low low fat bean salad

1/4 Tbspolive oil

1 tspcumin

3 canyour choice 15 oz beans, drained and rinsed

8 ozcan corn, drained

2 ccelery, chopped or thinly sliced

1/2 cred onion, finely chopped

1/2 cchopped cilantro
-
2 Tbsplime juice
-
1 1/2 tspsea salt

1/4 tspblack pepper

1 tspminced garlic
How To Make low low fat bean salad

1Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Add cumin and garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add to small bowl and then add the salt, pepper, cilantro, lime and mix well.

2In a large bowl dump drained beans, corn, celery and onion. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Let sit overnight or several hours to blend flavors.
