Ingredients For lemon garlic slaw

1 Tbspfresh lemon juice

zest of one lemon

2 clovegarlic, finely minced

1carrot, shredded

1/2red bell pepper, diced

1 mdtomato, seeded, diced

1 smonion, vidalia, cut into slivers

1 smcabbage, shredded

1 pinchblack pepper, freshly ground

1 pinchcoarse salt

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
How To Make lemon garlic slaw

1Dice and chop all vegetables as directed. Toss together in a large bowl.

2Whisk together the lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and oil. Drizzle over the slaw mixture and toss.

3Serve immediately. If it must be refrigerated do not add the dressing until serving time
