    apples, chopped (red & delicious)

    carrots, shredded
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 1 tsp
    grated lemon rind
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

    Combine cabbage, apples, and carrots in a large bowl.

    Whisk together mayonnaise and next 6 ingredients; toss with cabbage mixture. Cover and chill 1 hour. Makes 4 servings
