Ingredients For layered southwestern salad

1/3 cfresh cilanto

1/2 clime juice

1/2 colive oil

1/2 csour cream

1 tspsugar

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

16 ozpackaged romaine lettuce, shredded

5plum tomatoes, chopped

15 ozcan black beans, rinsed and drained

1 smpurple onion, chopped

8 ozpackage shredded mexican 4 cheese blend

15 ozwhole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained

6 ozcan sliced ripe olives, drained

2 ccrushed tortilla chips

garnish: fresh cilantro leaves
How To Make layered southwestern salad

1Process first 7 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Layer lettuce and next 7 ingredients in a 3-quart glass bowl. Pour vinaigrette over salad just before serving, and gently toss. Garnish, if desired, and serve immediately.
