kim's coleslaw broccoli style

This is not your typical coleslaw that grandma made years ago. It's sweet, creamy and has a nice hint of horseradish and apple to it. I didn't add any onions to it, but I think it would be delicious with minced onion and or green onions. Enjoy! It's a nice summer side dish.

Ingredients For kim's coleslaw broccoli style

1 bag broccoli slaw mix

1macintosh apple chopped

1 1/2 tsphorseradish sauce

1 Tbspsugar

1/4 capple cider vinegar

1 1/2 ckraft mayo with olive oil

2 tsplemon juice

1 dashsalt & pepper
How To Make kim's coleslaw broccoli style

1In a large bowl, mix the horseradish, sugar, vinegar, and lemon juice into the mayo.

2Peel and core the apple, and chop. Add the apple and the broccoli slaw to the mayo mixture. Gently stir, to make sure the mayo is evenly distributed.

3Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste.

4Cover and chill in the fridge for a few hours.
