1 pkg16 oz. coleslaw mix or 1/2 large head cabbage, shredded

2 Tbsponion, minced or shredded

1/4 cstevia

1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tspblack pepper

1/4 tspcelery seed

1/2 cheavy whipping cream

1/2 cmayonnaise

1 Tbspwhite vinegar
How To Make keto coleslaw

1In a large bowl with a lid, combine cabbage and onion.

2In a medium bowl, whisk all remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage/onion mixture in bowl. Mix thoroughly.

3Cover and chill 1-2 hours or even overnight (even better if chilled overnight). Stir before serving.
