A keto lifestyle is no excuse for not eating what you want-you just have to make substitutions, like in this recipe. Sweetener instead of sugar, heavy cream instead of milk. That's it! Appx 4 net gm carbs per serving

Ingredients For keto coleslaw

  • 1 pkg
    16 oz. coleslaw mix or 1/2 large head cabbage, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, minced or shredded
  • 1/4 c
    stevia
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    white vinegar

How To Make keto coleslaw

    In a large bowl with a lid, combine cabbage and onion.

    In a medium bowl, whisk all remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage/onion mixture in bowl. Mix thoroughly.

    Cover and chill 1-2 hours or even overnight (even better if chilled overnight). Stir before serving.
