My husband was served a corn salad as a side dish at a restaurant in Kona, Hawaii. He quickly decided he was going to re-create this at home. He nailed it, even better than the restaurant! It has so many flavors and has a tropical touch!

3corn on the cobs

1maui sweet onion, diced

1red pepper, diced

1 smcanned pineapple, diced

teriyaki sauce
-
steak seasoning, to taste

chili powder, to taste

1avocado, diced

cilantro, fresh
How To Make johnny's aloha corn salad

1Slice corn off cobs. No pre cooking needed!

2Place corn, diced onion, red pepper, pineapple, teriyaki sauce, steak seasoning, chili powder in a pan on BBQ or stove.

3When vegetables are cooked, remove from heat and add diced avocado and as much cilantro as you like. Serve.
