3 Tbsprice vinegar

1 tspsoy sauce

1 Tbspblack sesame seeds

shredded dried seaweed for garnish (optional)
How To Make japanese cucumber salad

1Mix the cucumber with the salt and set aside.

2Mix the rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and black sesame seeds together until sugar is dissolved.

3Pour dressing over cucumbers and garnish with dried seaweed if desired.
