    cucumbers, sliced thin, unpeeled
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 can
    (6-ounce) of crab
  • DRESSING
  • 1/4 c
    light soy sauce
  • 1/8 c
    rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • pinch of sugar

How To Make japanese cucumber and crab salad

    Mix the cucumbers with salt. Place in a colander, and the salt and water will drain off. Drain for about 45 minutes.
