Ingredients For italian spring salad

  • 1 pkg
    grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 pkg
    mozzarella pearls cut in half
  • 1 can
    black olives cut in half
  • 1
    medium sweet onion chopped
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil
  • 1/3 c
    red-wine vinegar ( you can use a vinegarette if you wish)
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh basil chopped finely
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar for blending

How To Make italian spring salad

    mix all items in a bowl except for the liquids
  • 2
    put all liquids and spices in a bowl and blend well then pour over content
  • 3
    If you like, add pepperoni. I place the slices on a paper towel and microwave for 45 seconds... then squeeze the grease out with another paper town before I add these to anything which helps prevent indigestion !!
