This is a refreshing and different way of serving broccoli to your kids. They get to eat TREES... Thanks to my Mom, Joanna for teaching me that cooking and eating can be fun.

Ingredients For italian broccoli salad

2 bunchbroccoli, fresh or frozen florets

3fresh lemons, juiced

2 clovegarlic sliced

1/4 cextra virgin olive oil

salt and peper to taste
How To Make italian broccoli salad

1Clean and steam Broccoli until fork tender. Drain and cool in serving dish.

2Juice the lemons. Peel and slice garlic cloves. Place garlic slices in amongst the cooling broccoli. Salt and pepper to taste, pour lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil over the broccoli and garlic. Chill in the refrigerator covered until serving time.
