- VINAIGRETTE

2 Tbspextra virgin olive oil

1 Tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tspdried mint, crushed

1 tspitalian seasoning

1/4 tspground himalayan sea salt, or to taste

1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper, or to taste

1/4 tsphoney
- SALAD
-
2 1/2 c(1 large) english cucumber, washed and quartered
-
1 ccherry tomatoes, washed and halved
-
1/2 cred onions, sliced (lyonnaise cut) and halved
-
1/2 cred peppers, finely diced
-
1/2 corange peppers, finely diced
-
2 Tbspparsley, chopped
-
1 1/2 cfeta cheese (about 7 oz.), diced
How To Make israeli salad

1In a small bowl, combine all the vinaigrette ingredients; whisk until blended and set aside.

2In a large bowl, combine cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, peppers and parsley; toss well.

3Pour vinaigrette over the vegetables and toss again. Add feta cheese and gently mix until well incorporated.
