We had some friends over one night to eat and everyone brought a dish. Iris brought this Broccoli Cole Slaw. I got the recipe and it has been one of my favorites. This is a great side dish with BBQ Chicken or Ribs. Enjoy1

Ingredients For iris's broccoli cole slaw

  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • pinch
    sugar
  • 1 pkg
    broccoli cole slaw mix (in grocery store produce section)
  • 1/3 c
    almonds
  • 1/3 c
    dry roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 pkg
    maruchan ramen oriental noodle soup
  • 1/4 c
    sliced green onion

How To Make iris's broccoli cole slaw

  • 1
    Mix together the apple cider vinegar, canola oil, sugar and the package of seasoning mix that came in the noodles. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Toast almonds. Break up noodles (do not toast noodles or sunflower seeds).
  • 3
    Just before serving, add toasted almonds, sunflower seeds, noodles, sliced green onion and refrigerated dressing. Mix well.
