Ingredients For in a pinch seven layer salad

1 pkg(large) shredded or mixed salad greens

3 to 4hard boiled eggs chopped

1 pkg(small) frozed peas (thawed)

3/4 cgreen onions or white onions chopped

1 1/2 chellman's mayonaise
-
1 pkgshredded cheddar cheese

1 pkgreal bacon bits
How To Make in a pinch seven layer salad

1Boil eggs for about 10 minutes or until hard stage. Peel and chop eggs. Place layer of lettuce in bottom of bowl. Then add chopped eggs for next layer. The third layer will be the thawed peas (uncooked).

2Next I add the green onions. Then I spread the mayonaise to fully cover the top of the salad (sort of like icing). Next I add the shredded cheese and top of with the bacon bits.

3Add salt and pepper to your liking.
