Ingredients For hot oriental salad

  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger, freshly minced
  • 2
    celery stalks, sliced
  • 8 c
    chinese cabbage, 1" chunks
  • 1/2 lb
    mushrooms, freshly sliced
  • 3/4 c
    spinach, trimmed and torn
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce

How To Make hot oriental salad

  • 1
    Heat oil in large skillet or dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  • 2
    Add garlic and ginger; saute until garlic is lightly browned.
  • 3
    Add celery; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  • 4
    Add cabbage and mushrooms; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  • 5
    Add spinach; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  • 6
    Add soy sauce and toss to coat vegetables; serve immediately.
