How To Make gurken salat (german cucumber salad)

1Peel cucumber with a vegetable peeler, peel and slice with a vegetable slicer into thin slices. Finely chop the dill and add to the beautiful cucumbers. Anything with 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons salt, 6 tablespoons of vinegar, a little pepper and a dash of olive oil and season with infuse. Before serving, taste again.
