1 ccelery, diced

1 ccauliflower, diced

1/4 cgreen onion, diced

1 croasted cashews, chopped

1/2 csour cream

1 cranch salad dressing
How To Make green pea salad with lots of crunch

1Chop all ingredients celery through cashews and place them in a bowl with the thawed peas.

2Combine the sour cream and ranch dressing well and then gently toss the salad. Serve cold or bring to room temperature just before serving.

3Optional items to add: bacon bits, hard-boiled eggs and feel free to substitute any other nut for the cashews.
