Ingredients For green onion salad

  • 2 tsp
    gochugaru
  • 2 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 tsp
    sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 tsp
    vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 4
    green onions, sliced into 4 inch pcs and sliced lengthwise

How To Make green onion salad

    Soak the green onions in cold water for 10 minutes. Drain well.

    Add the gochugaru, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.

    Right before serving, add the soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar to step 2 and toss well. Serve
