I got this recipe from a friend and she found it in a magazine! So we both tried it and it has really become a favorite. You just never know where you will find that perfect new recipe! This is similar to the 7-layer salad that we have all come to enjoy.

Ingredients For greek salad

  • 1
    head cauliflower, broken into flowerettes
  • 1
    head lettuce torn into pieces
  • 1 md
    onion, diced
  • 1 md
    green pepper, diced
  • 1 can
    sliced black olives
  • 12 oz
    bacon fried crisp & broken into pieces
  • 2 1/2 c
    mayonaise
  • 4 tsp
    sugar
  • parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make greek salad

  • 1
    Mix the mayonaise & sugar together. Set aside while layering the vegetables in a 9x13 dish. Spread the mayonaise mixture over the vegetables.

    Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of it all. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Mix & stir before serving.
