Ingredients For greek couscous salad with lemon dressing

  • 2 c
    cooked couscous
  • 1/2 md
    orange bell pepper-diced
  • 1 md
    cucumber-diced
  • 1/2 md
    red onion
  • 1 can
    chickpeas- rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 c
    mediterranean feta crumbles
  • DRESSING
  • 1 md
    fresh lemon juice squeezed
  • 4 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make greek couscous salad with lemon dressing

    Secure a container with lid. Dice up Cucumber, bell pepper, red onion. Add Add in chickpeas to Cooked Couscous in the bowl. Toss Well.

    Secure a glass jar for mixing the dressing. Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and fresh lemon Juice to jar, and shake with lid on. Add Feta. Toss again.

    Pour dressing over the salad. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy.
