1/2 mdorange bell pepper-diced

1 mdcucumber-diced

1/2 mdred onion

1 canchickpeas- rinsed and drained

1/2 cmediterranean feta crumbles
- DRESSING

1 mdfresh lemon juice squeezed

4 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspsalt

2 tspgarlic powder
How To Make greek couscous salad with lemon dressing

1Secure a container with lid. Dice up Cucumber, bell pepper, red onion. Add Add in chickpeas to Cooked Couscous in the bowl. Toss Well.

2Secure a glass jar for mixing the dressing. Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and fresh lemon Juice to jar, and shake with lid on. Add Feta. Toss again.

3Pour dressing over the salad. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy.
