- FOR THE VINAIGRETTE

1/3 colive oil

3 Tbspred wine vinegar

2 tspwhite sugar

1 tspwhole grain mustard

1 clovegarlic minced

- FOR THE PECANS

1/4 csugar

1/2 cpecans
- FOR THE SALAD

1head leaf lettuce torn into pieces

2 lgpears peeled and sliced

5 ozgorganzola cheese crumbled

1/2 cscallions finely diced

1avocado peeled pitted and diced
How To Make gorganzola pear salad

1For the vinaigrette Mix all ingredients together in a jar and set aside in fridge.

2For the pecans Place the pecans and sugar in a saucepan over med high heat. Cook until sugar has melted stirring constantly. Lay out on wax paper to cool. Do not put on paper towels it will stick.

3To complete the dish. Layer the lettuce first, then cheese, then green onions. pears and avocado. Pour dressing over salad and sprinkle with pecans.
