How To Make gazpacho salad

1To make the dressing, add the balsamic vinegar and sugar to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer until thick and syrupy, about 10 minutes.

2To make the salad, divide all ingredients between 4 bowls. Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle the balsamic dressing over top.
