Ingredients For gavurdagi salad

1 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbsppomegranate molasses

1/3 conion, finely chopped

1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

1 tspsumac (optional)

salt and pepper, to taste

3 mdtomatoes, diced

1/2 cflat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

1/3 cwalnuts, chopped

1 cwatercress
-
1/2 cpomegranate seeds
How To Make gavurdagi salad

1In a small glass, mix oil and pomegranate molasses until blended. Set aside.

2In a large bowl, mix the chopped onions with the spices and seasoning.

3Add the tomatoes, parsley and walnuts to the onions. Add the oil mixture and toss gently.

4Stir in the watercress and combine well. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the salad and serve.
