Ingredients For garden rice salad

  • 4 c
    cooked long grain rice
  • 10 oz
    package frozen english peas, thawed
  • 1/2 c
    green pepper, diced
  • 2 Tbsp
    green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    radishes, finely chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    celery, diced

How To Make garden rice salad

  • 1
    Combine the rice, peas, green pepper, celery, green onions, radishes and garlic in a large bowl. Toss well.

    Combine mayonnaise, honey, burry powder, nutmeg, and salt in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk until blended.

    Pour the dressing mixture over the rice mixture, and toss gently. Cover salad, and chill at least 3 hours.
