Ingredients For garden rice salad

4 ccooked long grain rice

10 ozpackage frozen english peas, thawed

1/2 cgreen pepper, diced

2 Tbspgreen onions, finely chopped

2 Tbspradishes, finely chopped

1 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 cmayonnaise

2 Tbsphoney
-
1 tspcurry powder
-
1/2 tspground nutmeg

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 ccelery, diced
How To Make garden rice salad

1Combine the rice, peas, green pepper, celery, green onions, radishes and garlic in a large bowl. Toss well.

2Combine mayonnaise, honey, burry powder, nutmeg, and salt in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk until blended.

3Pour the dressing mixture over the rice mixture, and toss gently. Cover salad, and chill at least 3 hours.
