5 cquinoa, cooked (see basic recipe, link below in comment section)

1 cchopped raw carots

3/4 cparsley, minced

1 csunflower seed kernals

4 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 colive oil
-
1/4 csoy sauce, low sodium

1/2 clemon juice
-
1 smbox cherry or grape tomatoes, halved (or amount to your liking)

1/4 cblack olives (or amount to your liking)

freshly ground black pepper to taste
How To Make fresh vegetable quinoa salad- heart healthy

1Cook quinoa, let cool. Add carrots, parsley, sunflower seeds and garlic to quinoa. Mix thoroughly. Combine liquids, pour over quinoa and toss well. Garnish with tomato wedges and olives. Serves 6-8.
