The recipie is an old one. My Grandmother Lee used to make this when I was a kid, only she used fresh beans out out the garden, canned kidney and garbanzo's for the others.

Ingredients For four bean salad

1 cankidney beans, rinsed

1 canwaxed beans (yellow)

1 cangreen beans not french cut

1 cangarbanzo beans (chick peas), rinsed

1/2 smonion, sliced thin ,then cut in half

2 to 3 Tbspgreen or sweet red pepper diced

2/3 cvinegar, white or apple cider
-
1/4 tsppepper

1 tspsalt
-
1/2 csugar
-
1/3 cvegtable oil
How To Make four bean salad

1Wisk dressing ingredients together to dissolve sugar.

2Pour over beans, refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Stir occasionally.
