This is the best cole slaw dressing I've tried in my many years of cooking.

Ingredients For excellent cole slaw dressing

  • 1 md
    head of cabbage,shredded
  • 1 lg
    carrot, grated
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    white vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil

How To Make excellent cole slaw dressing

    Place shredded cabbage and grated carrots in salad bowl.

    Mix together mayonnaise, vegetable oil, sugar, and vinegar.

    Mix dressing with cabbage and carrots being careful not to add too much as the cabbage will wilt down. Refrigerate and at serving time, add more a bit more dressing if needed.

    I have made this with Splenda instead of sugar and it works very well.
