This is my sister's Slaw she makes for family events. We all love it. I'm moving out of state for work soon and I talked her into giving it to me. I love the blend of crasins and sunflower seeds! Also, feel free to add any veggies you have and need to use. it's a very tasty and adaptable slaw. Enjoy!

Ingredients For evelyn's broccoli slaw

1 pkgbroccoli slaw mix

1/2 cdiced onion

1 cbroccoli florets, in small bite size pieces

1/2 csunflower seeds

1/2 ccrasins, diced

1/2 cany fresh veggies you have and want to use, such as cucumbers, carrots, red or yellow bell peppers, raddish, etc

1 cmayo
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspfresh ground pepper

2 tspsugar or 1/2 sugar and 1/2 spenda

1 Tbsplemon juice plus zest of 1 lemon

2 Tbspapple cider vinegar (more to taste)
How To Make evelyn's broccoli slaw

1Whisk together mayo, salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice and zest, and vinegar.

2Toss over veggies. Refrigerate for like 2 hours covered. Enjoy!
