This is one that my Mama regularly served with Sunday roast beef, rice and gravy. You can add or delete anything you like and it's still a colorful, delicious salad!

Ingredients For english pea salad

1 15 oz. cangreen peas, drained
-
2 or 3hard boiled eggs
-
1 sm. jarpimiento, diced
-
1/2 ccheddar cheese (i use grated)

1 tspchives, dried
-
1/3 cmiracle whip salad dressing
-
-salt & pepper to taste
How To Make english pea salad

1Boil eggs and cool; peel, slice and set aside.

2Drain peas* and combine in bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Add eggs and stir well.

3Chill and serve.

4*Frozen peas, cooked, drained and chilled, may be substituted for canned.
