I love this dessert salad. It's a very pretty shade of light green. However, you can always add a few drops of green food coloring to make the color more vivid.

Ingredients For emerald fluff

  • 9 oz
    carton of cool whip
  • 20 oz
    can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 11 oz
    can mandarin oranges; drained
  • 3 oz
    box instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 c
    miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts (optional)

How To Make emerald fluff

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and chill.
