    eggs (hard cooked , peeled and diced)
  • 12 sm
    sweet gerkins ( chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp
    pimento (chopped)
  • 1 tsp
    capers ( chopped)
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1
    shake hot sauce

How To Make egg salad sandwiches (on big soft buns)

    Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate till flavors blend at least 2 hours.
