Made this one up on the spur of the moment, Easter Sunday, trying to decide what to do with all the colored eggs! It's a bit reminiscent of a Chef Salad, especially if you throw in some bacon bits.

Ingredients For egg salad a different way

4eggs, boiled, peeled, and mashed with a fork

1/3 to 1/2 cranch dressing, any variety

1/2 cfinely grated sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cchopped green pepper and/or celery (optional)

2-3 Tbspbacon bits (optional)

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make egg salad a different way

1Combine the eggs, dressing, cheese, green pepper/celery, and bacon bits if desired. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.

2Serve on sandwiches or toast, or in tomato cups, or piled inside green pepper rings on lettuce leaves.
