So simple and yet so good. I had never tried Edamame before and thought, hmm, why not. I tried one and thought it would make a wonderful salad. I'm glad I was right.

Ingredients For edamame salad

  • 1 bag of frozen, shelled, edamame
  • gouda cheese to taste
  • 3 diced roma tomatoes
  • 3-4 tablespoons chopped onion
  • balsamic vinegar dressing to taste
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make edamame salad

  • 1
    Cook and cool edamame according to the package. Add all ingredients and chill before serving.
