Ingredients For cucumber/tomato vinigrette

  • 2 lg
    cucumbers
  • 2 lg
    tomato's
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/3 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch
    garlic salt
  • 1 pinch
    pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    sugar

How To Make cucumber/tomato vinigrette

    wash then thin slice cucumbers and cut tomato's into wedges then cut wedges in half.

    in bowl mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.
  • 3
    place cucumbers and oil vinegar mixture in tupperwear bowl with lid refrigerate five minutes turn over and refrigerate five more minutes. add tomato's toss well refrigerate two more minutes, stir and serve
