Ingredients For cucumber/tomato vinigrette

2 lgcucumbers

2 lgtomato's

1/3 colive oil, extra virgin

1/3 cred wine vinegar

1 pinchgarlic salt

1 pinchpepper

1/8 tspsugar
How To Make cucumber/tomato vinigrette

1wash then thin slice cucumbers and cut tomato's into wedges then cut wedges in half.

2in bowl mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.

3place cucumbers and oil vinegar mixture in tupperwear bowl with lid refrigerate five minutes turn over and refrigerate five more minutes. add tomato's toss well refrigerate two more minutes, stir and serve
