3 lgcucumbers (sliced 1/2 inch thick)

1 mdred onion (thinly sliced)

2 Tbspfresh dill

1/2 cmayonnaise

2 tspapple cider vinegar (can use white vinegar)

1/2 tspwhite sugar

1 Tbspkosher salt

black pepper to taste
How To Make cucumber salad

1PLACE CUC SLICES IN COLANDER AND THEN PUT COLANDER OVER A LARGE BOWL THEN SPRINKLE WITH KOSHER SALT AND LET STAY FOR AN HOUR.

2TAKE SALTED CUCS AND ONIONS AND PUT IN A LARGE BOWL.

3IN A SMALL BOWL MIX MAYO, VINEGAR, SUGAR, DILL AND BLK. PEPPER. POUR OVER CUC SLICES AND ONIONS MIX WELL AND REFRIGERATE FOR AN HOUR. AND ENJOY!
