Ingredients For cucumber-radish slaw

  • 1/4 c
    cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    bkack pepper
  • 4 c
    thinly sliced english cucumber
  • 2 c
    thinly sliced trimmed radishes
  • 1 c
    red sweet pepper strips
  • 1/4 c
    thinly sliced green onion

How To Make cucumber-radish slaw

    In a large bowl whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Add cucumbers, radishes, sweetpepper strips, and green onion, toss gently to coat. Chill up to two hours before serving. Makes 4 servings.
