This is everyones favorite coleslaw that you get from the corner deli. Creamy, sweet, just enough tang.

Ingredients For creamy cole slaw

1 pkgcabbage, shredded ( or 1 head of cabbage sliced thin)

1 ccarrots, grated

1/3 csugar

1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tspblack pepper

1/4 cmilk

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/4 cbuttermilk

1 1/2 Tbspwhite vinegar

2 1/2 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make creamy cole slaw

1Place shredded cabbage and grated carrots in a large bowl.

2Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl to make dressing.

3Pour dressing over cabbage and toss well. This can sit in the refrigerator for several hours or over night before serving.
