Another recipe I acquired from my daughter this past weekend!! We had fun sharing recipes and cooking together.

Ingredients For creamy cilantro-lime coleslaw

  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    finely grated lime peel
  • 1
    serrano chiles, seeded and minced
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced and pressed
  • 1/3 c
    chopped fresh cilantro
  • 8 c
    thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 4
    green onions chopped fine, about 1/4 cup

How To Make creamy cilantro-lime coleslaw

  • 1
    Whisk mayo, sour cream,, 3 tbsps lime juice, lime peel, chiles and garlic in a bowl.Stir in cilantro,add cabbage and green onions. Toss to coat evenly.Season to taste with s/p. Cover and chill 1 hour. Season if desired with more lime juice and s/p.
