I always look forward to Thanksgiving dinner every year because of all the special recipes you dig out of the back of your recipe box. This is one of those that everybody likes. Thanks to my Aunt Shelba's recipe, I grew up eating this great salad with my Turkey.

Ingredients For cranberry relish

5 mdapples unpeeled

1 can20 oz. crushed pineapple with juice

1 pkg1 lb. of fresh craberries

1orange with peel

2 csugar

1/2 cpecans
How To Make cranberry relish

1Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse till chopped up. You want it to look like the size of relish. Mix well. Put in dish in refrigerator over night.
